Note the processes which appear to be using at least 10% of your processor’s capability on a regular basis. Even my Norton Security Suit warns me that's it's one of the browsers that I'm using that's making my computer slow, especially when streaming videos. You can do this from the Networking tab in the Task Manager. Go to Start...Run...and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter.
